Released 05/12/25: Amendment in the nature of a substitute for the House Ways and Means Committee tax reconciliation bill. The amendment supersedes the 28-page tax reconciliation bill released by Ways and Means on Friday, May 9. A Ways and Means markup on the tax reconciliation bill is scheduled to begin at 2pm on Tuesday, May 13.
