Prior to joining PwC, Kevin served as a Legislation Tax Accountant on the nonpartisan staff of the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) for more than two years. He helped develop and draft significant international tax provisions and international tax reform options, including some that formed the basis for those enacted as part of the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act. Prior to joining the JCT, Kevin was a Director in PwC’s Atlanta tax practice, where he assisted U.S. and foreign multinational taxpayers with domestic and non-U.S. tax planning, tax compliance and income tax accounting related issues.
